With its subsidiary Biogemma, Limagrain is the European leader in plant biotechnology.
Biogemma employs more than 100 researchers and technicians, is engaged in research on field crops
and is associated to the French state research as part of the programme "Génoplante".
In China, Limagrain develops agreements with Chinese public institutions and private companies in plant biotechnology
(genomics, gene engineering, molecular markers, in vitro culture...), and in pathology.
